Each January, Moses Project pastors participate in a three day retreat. During the event, mentors lead a best practice session. These sessions are facilitated conversations where pastors actively engage and participate. They are not lectures.

Moses mentor Rev. Sarah Ciavarri facilitates a session on boundaries. Rev. Steve Peterson focuses his session on managing conflict.

Other Moses mentors have created general best practices guides. We are sharing here their handouts and material with the goal of helping you navigate boundaries, conflict, and reflection questions to help you be faith and effective in rural ministry.
